Lymph massage. Manual Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage. From ‘neera’ meaning ‘lymph’ Neerabhyangam is a lymph massage, Ayurvedic manual lymphatic drainage. Lymphatic fluid removes all our body’s waste material and if we are rather sedentary, and have a few circulation problems, blockages and build ups can form. Moreover, if the lymphatic fluid which travels with the blood is not drained it can migrate, so to speak, to other tissues from fat cells to the derma creating deposit problems, un-eliminated toxins (build ups from medicines or operations), water retention and cellulite.
